Coming off a 8 week fibula injury, I lost almost 2 inches off my thighs! Since I've been lifting like crazy to make them slimmer I am now questioning the use of heavy weights! Confused :// once again lol

Running and fast walking at a 12% incline (alternating between walking fast for 3 minutes and running for 2), squats and jumping squats (like plyometric type moves).

I have a love/hate relationship with the triple threat aka the triple heater. I hate it when I'm doing it, but man do I love the soreness I get from it. The funny part is, no weights needed!!!

Bridging on a ball - I put a 35 lb plate and a 10 lb plate on my legs as I'm bridging on a ball, then I do chest press or flies. Works glutes and chest!

I teach Zumba classes. When we do moves were you touch the floor, I tell my class to stand shoulder length apart and bend their knees like a squat position..
We also have a routine that reminds me of a" can can dance", at first I hated it but saw such a difference in my "rear" I include it in most of my classes. Also, walking briskly on an incline treadmill is great! (I live in AZ, so we workout indoors all summer)

Kneeling on bench one leg cable glute lifts, dead lifts and my favourite series: the Triple Threat consisting of extended leg bridge lifts with calves resting on a stability ball, hip lifts with knees bent at 90 and feet placed on ball and finally, digging heels into ball to roll it towards the glutes and back out.
