It’s Memorial Day, America! How will you be commemorating the day?

I made some black bean brownies with some organic brownie mixes I picked up at the whole foods store. 3 flavors - double chocolate, chocolate and peanut butter (made with this amazing organic freshly ground peanut butter i found)

Add to that some all natural salsa from a local grower and I'm set!

Chicken kabobs on the grill too I believe and of course all kinds of fresh veggies!

I am attending a local service to honor those that have and are serving this country in the military. Then I will do some grilling of healthy foods, eat and do some exercise later.
