Clean out the house of all the junk!!

1. Shop & prep clean foods for the week consistently.

2. Work out re-focused!! I feel like hell when I don't however I get stuck in the mind frame of, If it don't do it in the morning at 5 am then the day gets in the way.

3. To do lists consistently!!

4. I'm hoping and praying by eating clean & relieving stress through workouts to conceive a healthy baby. My wonderful 4 1/2 year old son would make an awesome big brother. I'm blessed to have Brandon here to have & hold. And he has a very special Guardian Angel, Hunter who watches over him for me. Hunter, my son in heaven, now 18 months~i~ ( Trisomy 18 Angel )

5. Develop my businesses- Property Management & Health/Fitness.

I'm currently reading, Your Best Body Ever.

My resolution for 2011 is to develop a healthy relationship with food. To gain self control when it comes to food and to practice portion control. I want clean eating to become mine and my family's way of life :)

This year is entitled “Go get ‘em, Erin!”

1) Top priority again is school; I am working towards earning and maintaining a 3.75 GPA

2) Learn to manage my house hold accounts and money. I just picked up a Suzie Orman book and am reading it. Goal: to be debt free by 2012. (With the exception of my school loans)

3) Pay for my vacation back to Washington State with cash.

4) Lose 15 pounds by eating clean and exercising by July. Exercise 3x a week, no matter what.

5) Become proficient in Japanese and pick up some Chinese.

6) Compete in at least one Judo tournament this year.

7) Organize my house, and get rid of junk.

Those are my top 7. I try not to get to specific with my goals. Circumstances change, and the important thing is that I can look back this time next year and be proud of myself.

Goals I am carrying over from last year:

1) Be a good co-worker, help my team, and not speak badly about anyone. The power of positive

2) Stop swearing

3) Let go of the SUGAR habit.

4) Cook more and eat-clean

This year I will be organized in my clean eating planning as well as other areas. Of my personal life. I plan to accomplish a lot this year ans the best way to do that is with a plan. Clean foods should help clear my mind. Happy New Year everyone.

My New Years Resolution's for 2011 are 1) to continue my eating clean, experimenting with different recipes, and increasing the level on intensity in my workouts, 2) to really start branching out exploring my interests, which involves cooking!, 3) to continue to support/ inspire my sister in her weight loss efforts and whoever else may express interest, and 4) to enjoy life to the fullest; seeing the glass always as half full instead of falling into that half empty, in a rut, mind set. I am going to remind myself this year, that life is a learning experience and we are here to enjoy it all the while, so make the most of it.

My New Year's resolution is to be more organized in all aspects of my life. I'm hoping by doing this in all areas I will find more time to plan clean meals and actually have the time and energy to make them rather than let all that beautiful produce wilt in my fridge. I also hope that I will find more time to exercise as well. The more organized I fell the less stressed I fell. The less stress, the more energy I have to do the things that are important: spend time with my kids, plan and prepare healthy food and get active.
