i workout at about 4am every morning so i know no matter what happens later nothing is gonna bump it off the calender,i workout alone so i can focus on me and my form and nothing else

I concentrate on each muscle group as I work it. My gym plays constant music and is super annoying. I like to work in silence or look outside at the trees.

I like to take classes at my local community college. I signed up for Ballet, Pilates and Swim. I also have to have music if I'm just in the gym!

the buddy system. i have a friend meet me there and we work out together. it helps us stay in track and not slack off! we feed off of each other's energy.

iPod with fav music, workout journal, and mini gym bag to keep stuff in as I move about. I know a lot of the gym goers but we usually keep contact to a friendly nod, smile, or a wave!

I have always been motivated by music! I can stay focused if I have a great playlist and some fast paced music. I usually save my "workout" music for "workout" so I don't get bored with it!
