I think a great bag that you pack the night before a workout day really helps!
I love my bag~ it is super cute and very functional! The bag fits my spin shoes, water bottle, mag, and towel! I pack it the night before and place it on the kitchen island! at 4:40 am it is sitting there waiting~ the coffee is brewed and the coffee togo cup waits to be filled! I pour my coffee, grab my water and off I go :)

I am always searching for new workout equipment that is compact since I love working out at home. I have been searching in Canada forever to buy the ultimate sandbag, finally my boyfreind found one for me and i just got it for my birthday whooo surprise. I can't wait to start using it. I would have to say just putting on some great workout gear and looking and feeling good always gets me excited to start my workout.

I have clothes that wick my sweat (Lululemon - no stink!), Vibram five finger shoes that give great grip and good bone and muscle balance, a water bottle that works well (tupperware) and great smelling shower and shampoo products to reward a great workout.
