Have laid in a great supply of fresh veggies, fruit and chicken breasts... Plan some delicious salads. Tonight I had fresh romaine lettuce, lightly steamed pea pods, chopped chicken breast, chopped fresh scallion and sweet red pepper with quartered fresh strawberries and balsamic... yum!
Plan on gardening, getting in yoga and cardio both days...
Planning is key, I agree!

I agree, planning. This weekend I also have that other vital key to me eating clean....time. I was at a course for work last weekend & did not have the time to plan & prepare my weekly meals for this week just gone, so this has been my most unclean week for a long time. But I feel more in control this weekend & I know I'm now eating clean again as a result.

Plan plan PLAN!!! If you know what's in store for you then you have no reason to fall off track. And I don't keep ANY food in my house that could tempt me if I know I'm going to be home a lot by myself. Out of sight, out of mind!

Planning is key! I also hang a favorite dress in my closet where I can see it and plan to wear out of town with my husband and that reminds me that I would rather clean eat and wear that dress then not eat clean and not fit into that hot, sexy dress that my husband so loves me to wear!
I often will look up the calorie content before indulging. I see how much workout that cheat will require and often times it is not worth it.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!

In order to avoid cheating, I always think about something delicious I would like to eat over the weekend. I plan the recipes and buy healthy ingredients so I can get a clean version of the food I eat. In that way Im on track all the time. :)
