How will I achieve it?
By remembering that someone is always training when I am not and knowing that my body was meant to push beyond what I think it can handle.

~ Run 3 miles in under 25 minutes (at 27 right now)
~ Bike 25 miles
and thank God every day that I am healthy and able to train and love and care for the body He has given me.

Keep my meals clean despite the hectic schedule! I have to fit in my daily morning workout, keep my meals clean and the rest will fall into place.

Started a bootcamp last week and felt a bit discouraged when I stepped on the scale this morning and had gained 2lbs! I know, I know, I have to put the scale away. Muscle wears more than fat. I have been eating, I thought very well this last week. No treats. But, reflecting on my diet there is a lot of room for improvement. I need to drink more water, eat smaller portions, eat more often so that I am never hungry, have more healthy snacks ready in the fridge and plan my meals. I am also going to start running again. I did a program a couple of years ago that I saw immediate results with. It is the couch to 5k in 9 weeks. I was so pleased with myself when I ran my first 5k without stopping! Big mistake I made was I stopped running. My goal this week is to start to run again. I did bootcamp this morning and so tomorrow I will do the 1st day of the 9 week running program.

I have been doing good on my 6 day a week training schedule for 5 weeks now. I am changing things up so that my body doesn't get stop changing. A few weeks ago my 5 year old son, Brandon, & I started taking Tae Kwon Do together. It's fun to do this with him. Plus daddy is super excited since he is a 4 degree black belt who worried that Brandon would not get into it. My focus this week is continued Clean Eating plus checking & rechecking what I am eating to have the best gains in my muscle to burn more fat.

Higher mileage, more focused strength training sessions. set up weights the pm before and put my clothes on top of them, when it is staring me in the face I can't ignore it. Take a minute to foccus on the parts I'm working and then get into it! Once I get that finished, I can strap on my ipod and get my run in, don't be afraid to push!!
