I have started P90x- doing that as my morning workout, and adding treadmill intervals, african dance or something like that as my afternoon workout. I have found that keeping my diet super clean (not too hard since I am allergic to EVERYTHING!!) and keeping my wine consumption low to nil helps my energy levels dramatically.

I took it up a notch with P90X. The muscle confusion and intense workouts are just what I needed. With a mixture of weight training, yoga, cardio and core workouts, with a great trainer by my side-- at home, nonetheless, have kicked my butt! I took my cleaning eating up a few notches as well by going RAW! A dehydrator is a MUST when going RAW! I make breads, veggie burgers, and all kinds of fun stuff. I am a vegetarian, it is all about being creative to ensure I get the vitamins and protein needed to stay healthy and build lean muscle! I feel great! Diggin it! ;-)

I just incorporated Yoga into my workout. I'm loving it and am definitely feeling and seeing the results. Eating Clean is changing my life. Continuing to learn portion control and trying hard to keep that where it should be. My legs have never been so tight and my butt is "popping" (as Tosca would say) like never before. My husband can't stop drooling! ;)

I have a snow day today ... and was very tempted to stay in my p.j.'s and camp out with a good book. Instead, I braved the snow-covered roads and went to the gym for a 1.5 hour workout! I have been really pushing myself to get those last reps in when I begin to feel the burn. It is sometimes difficult -- but I have a feeling this is when my muscles are getting the MOST benefit from the exercise.
