Today I will focus on rest and recharging my batteries. I will start the day with a good breakfast...oats of course. Then teach pilates and take the rest of the day to enjoy the sunshine and refuel with clean food. I'm such a busy body so taking a day to chill out will be a big accomplishment for me!

Today I will join my husband & a friend for a walk. They are going for morning tea so I will ensure I choose a clean option [maybe a soy banana smoothie or herbal tea] & then tonight I will walk to the gym for a BodyAttack class.

I got on the scale yesterday morning and I was down 6 lbs [in two weeks] so today I am just staying on track and feeling highly motivated!! WOOHOO!

Right after work, I will be taking a Zumba class at my local gym. This will be my first class in about a year! I'm also back to eating clean and taking "me" seriously!

I joined today and have had several of Tosca's books for awhile. However, I did not follow them faithfully, and exercise is mainly chasing two huskies around a very large dog park. I now have weights for strength training, and have set up a menu plan for this week. I am also searching for my back issues of the magazine for some 2-week menu plans. Here's to a new Monday, a new week, and a new me! And a happy new year to all of you!

I will avoid sugar! I had a slip-up last night; ate some of my daughter's ice cream. I let myself get tired and over-hungry, and BAM! Need to keep those snacks ready, and eat every 2-3 hours like Tosca says!

I will continue NOT smoking!! Although I am eating better and exercising again, I am not losing weight BUT I am not gaining either, (which was my fear when I quit smoking January 4th)! I know I am getting healthier and this week I am beginning my journey on the Eat Clean program. :)

Starting today, I've made a promise to myself that I'll walk every weekday to get the mail from the post office box. The walk there and back will end up being about a half hour, and my goal is to keep up a brisk enough pace that I raise my heart rate a bit!

After that smaller goal is out of the way, my next goal is to start using the exercise bike I have at home at least three times per week. This is a bigger goal for me because I genuinely do not like cycling (especially indoors!) but I need to work on my workout frequency, and that's the only machine I've got at home. I know I can do it if I really put my mind to it!

This week I have a busy schedule but I will pack my cooler every day and not forget what my goal is....

Today I will hit the gym for a centergy class and weight train after.....then....HEAVEN a massage! Have a wonderful day my new friends! Let's make Tosca proud!



I Love all Tosca's books and buy them for friends and family and clients. I have always worked out ...but started eating clean about three years ago and I have NEVER looked better! I have all her cookbooks and my husband is now eating clean and enjoying the "life style" ! We have four kids in college and look forward to this our 25th year of marrage in the BEST shape of our lives....thanks to Tosca and Oxygen! Blessings, Vanessa Hewko

Just joined today...I've had Tosca's books for a good long while now and haven't done much with them. I have always been an exerciser, but not done much with weights...I'm going to start some weights this week and go and buy a cooler today to start the Eat Clean program!

Well I spent the end of Sat and most of Sun sick with a stomach virus, so I got very little done over the weekend. Today (monday) I will clean my house (especially the bathroms) and set my menu plan for the week and make my grocery shopping list. Happy Monday everyone... Here's to staying healthy!
