No, my husband works out three times a week. Unfortunately I don' t work out at all. I was a very active person up until 6 years ago. Played competitive softball and tennis-my knees are shot. They both need to be replaced, bone on bone. I am a healthy food eater, much like your EC diet. I want to feel better and eat these foods properly.

I work out alone. I am single and I prefer to workout after work. I am not a morning person and have more energy to give to a workout at about 5 pm. I just signed up for a personal trainer though, so there is someone pushing me, although I have to tone her down and remind her I'm starting from zero!!

My husband is a long distance cyclist and mountain biker and I don't enjoy a cycle ride unless I am going somewhere! He likes to train alone although we do swing kettlebells together. He inspires and encourages me with my workouts no matter what they are!

I cannot get my husband to even go to the gym. He works long hours and has a fairly physical job. He says he gets up for work too early to work out after.
I think if I could just get him to go to the gym he would workout it is just tough convincing him to get there.
Sometimes I workout with my daughters. That is fun and challenging.

We usually do some cardio together, but not strength training.

I love working out with my partner. We encourage each other and time just flys. We train together most days. As we live near the beach we regularly do beach runs, we swim open water swimming and squad training. We cycle together and the past 3 weeks we have just started doing weights and cardio sessions in the gym together. I can't recommend it highly enough. It's such a wonderful way to strengthen relationships and encourage each other. We just have the most amazing time.
