Tosca and all,

The best time saving tip I have for the kitchen is using the crock pot. I can leave a nutritious meal for my son when I have to work. It's ready when he comes home. Have you checked out the website Crockpotgirls? Incredible site.

Maybe your next book could be healthy crock pot recipes?! I'd love to have it!

Take care,
Wendy

I pre- cut veggies every few days and put into baggies to take to work with me. Also- every Sunday during the cold months- I make a huge batch of veggie soup that I eat for dinner during the week- each night i add something different to the portion i am having for dinner-I add chicken or shrimp or beans, cheese, veggies or a yummy spice- my latest fav is paprika!
