I enjoyed 1/2 cup oats with one scoop protein powder and almond milk. I let it sit for a few minutes to soften the oats. And as always green tea!!!

Breakfast was: 1/2 cup cooked whole grain cream of wheat, 3/4 c strawberries/blueberries with 1/2 cup hand made almond milk and one egg fried/scrambled in 1/2 tsp EVOO, coffee. Totally enjoyed!

I had a taco: 5 egg whites with turkey sausage in a whole wheat tortillia. A Cup of skim millk and herbal tea.

Breakfast wrap: sauteed mushrooms & spinach, sprinkle of no salt easy pinch garlic seasoning, sprinkle of low fat shredded parm, hot sauce & eggs whites on a whole wheat wrap. And my 2 1/2 made me share it with him too!

1/2 cup (dry) oatmeal mixed with 1 scoop protein powder, 2 tablespoons ground flax, 1/2 tsp cinnamon then mixed with water & cooked, plus 1/2 a grapefruit

pre- workout............I had muesli with a few sliced almonds and almond milk
post- workout......... I had scrambled egg whites, oatmeal topped with blueberries, bee pollen, cinnamon, and coconut oil, and strawberry green tea

Low sodium Ezekiel bread with organic peanut butter and 1/2 of a banana. Plus 1/2 cup of coffee! Tastes delicious after a hard am workout! : )

Hot water with lemon first thing this morning. Then since I was a little short on time, I made oatmeal & protein powder at work...put a little too much water in, it was more like soup! haha Having a cup of black coffee now. Next meal will be 1/2 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt and 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, yum!

Ummmmm Apple EggWhite Pancake....
1/2 of an apple grated
1/3 C of Organic Only Oats
1/2 C Egg Whites
Dash of no sugar, organic vanilla
Pumpkin Pie Spice -Check that yours does not contain sulphites!
Whisk up the egg whites, vanilla, spice-add the oatmeal and apple and whisk together....add to pan that is sprayed with Organic Coconut Oil spray and ENJOY!!
And of course, black coffee with a touch of Stevia!

My usual...egg whites, oatmeal, coffee, water and my supplements (Mulit Vitamin, Vitamin C, MRM Smart Blend, and MRM Digest All).

Banana and Egg White Pancakes
1/2 Banana
2 tsp. Flax Seed (ground)
1/2 cup quick oats (Oatmeal)
4 egg whites
Blend all ingredients in food processor
Pour on hot griddle pan like pancakes
Wait for pancake to bubble, flip and then cook until golden brown
Eat and enjoy!
*Some days I top the pancakes with blueberries or starwberries. I also add a handful of walnuts to the mix prior to blending for a banana/nut version of the pancake depending on my mood and how hungry I am.
