I work at a gym so I don't have a lot of stress related issues at work. But as a mom of 2 small children, I love to sit and read my Oxygen magazine and get new fitness ideas to relax.

Music. I've got to have music. If it's a stressful day, I'll play something soothing like Armik, Govi, David or Diana Arkenstone, Donna De Lory, Minnie Driver (Sea Stories) or Loreena McKennitt. And I take big, deep breaths :-)

Definitely a good hard workout at lunch. That might be running or training with weights but either way the stress is gone when I'm done!
