Cuddling with my daughter, going for a walk in the bush with my dogs and baby in her wrap and my gf and her kids, a quiet house, a little prayer.

I think that the most important is to do activities that really make you feel good, comfortable and relaxed; rest at home, listening your preferred music, cooking a healthy food, go out walking or running on the street, workout at the Gym ,staying with the family, meet with some friends or staying along because you need to recover your power to wake up early next day, look mirror and decide you will have the best day of your life……
This is that I do when I have a bad day in my life.

I love taking it outside, for a brisk walk in the trails with my hubby and dog Boomer...I love fall colors, the crispy crunch of stepping on fallen leaves, the feeling of pumping my heart and getting the energy going, filling my lungs with cool fresh air and letting my skin warm up by the sun.
This makes me feel "in the moment" - Healthy, Wholesome and at Peace with myself ...inside and out!

Since I sweat out the agressions of the day before in the mornings, after a bad day the best pick me up is the security of coming home to my family with dinner already on the table, a good book, or a fabulous glass of wine - A PERFECT day, all 4. A girl can dream right?

Watching a video of my nephew who is 20 months. He always brings a smile to my face.

As well, anything that makes me laugh out loud. Laughing always makes me feel good.
