It's a good time to think only about me ! During the day I'm with my babies but when I go to the gym... it's a party time for me. After I felt so good ! I'm happy and I can feel my muscle and it's a great feeling. Also it give me so much energy... and I need it so much !

It is my time, I am usually at the gym by myself, which is very relaxing to me. I put my headphones on and I get in my zone, even if someone walks in I stay in my zone this way. It makes me feel great and an instant mood booster. If I feel sluggish it also helps to pick me up then. It is the one thing I do for myself and I always set time aside for it.

I enjoy working out because it's the one true time during my day that I can focus on me 100%. I LOVE how I feel when I am working out! I have these moments where I am kicking my own butt, and I get a burst of adrenaline and pride! Nothing beats it! I am a fitness geek for life!

I enjoy working out because truthfully Im a control freak and in my 44 years on planet Earth I have realized there is very few things in life I can control. Getting healthy has been a long but fullfilling journey for me. off to the treaadmill.

It's the feeling I get when I'm finished my workout, the feeling that I'm in control of something, in control of my health and my wellbeing. The sense of power I feel after completing a difficult or challenging workout and overcoming those barriers whether they're physical or mental. To know that I did something for myself that will bring me one step closer to my ultimate goal!
