I cannot tell how deep down within me I believe that clean eating is the answer. But even still, I cannot seem to get with it. I do not get myself. I even like healthy food but I keep reaching for ALL the wrong things and hating myself for it. I've gained about 70 pounds in 3 short years and I am out of control. I feel like I know what to do but there is such a disconnect in what I know I what I do. I need help!

Planning ahead! Packing a bag of nuts, cereal and dried fruit is so easy and will definitely do more for you than a trip through the Tim Horton's drive-thru! And for a really long ride, pack a cooler with raw vegetables and a homemade sandwich.
