I do. I know that I can do better and I work hard to be the best I can be. I am not sure how some people find the time to do it right all the time but I try my best and strive for more.

The person that I become when I make health and fitness a regular part of my day motivates me. I LOVE the person I am when I exercise everyday!

In my low-motivation moments I think about which "me" I want to be...the unhappy, self-abuser I am when health and fitness are not a priority or the bouncy, confident, free-spirit I am when it is a priority..... and then the choice is easy!

My baby on the way and my son. Kids are products of their environment and thank goodness, my little boy eats frutis, veggies, even sushi and hot sauce!
Knowing he is making good choices for his health, energy and well being is a great motivator. Additionally, being here for him when he's hopefully bringing me grandchildren, is very important! :)

My kids first and for most, however I'm doing this for myself after many years of putting everyone and their needs ahead of mine. I'm currently 35 and am looking forward to my 40's being the best years of my life!

Enjoy your day!

God and my husband and my family motivate me to be the best I can be! When I do good, they are very supportive. When I don't meet the expectations I have set for myself, they encourage me to go on! Knowing I am loved no matter what I do, increases my desire to do more than just 'be'! I want to enjoy every aspect of life because of the love they give me!

My granddaughters. Even though they are very small, they learn everything they see-especially eating.

I want to have a really long and enjoyable life, to do all the things that I can imagine and that just wont happen if I sit on the couch all day. Its about seeing just what your body can do.....I am constantly amazed!

My daughter... she's 4. I hope to inspire her to live a clean, healthy lifestyle. So far so good. When she stayed with family last weekend and was asked what kind of snack she wanted, she said "We eat healthy food, can I have an apple?"
