Information on where frozen veggie burgers, chik'n, and breakfast sausages: Where do they fall on the clean eating scale? Maybe some substitution information. I can always sub in veggies for veggies I don't like but if each recipe had substitution info and then was recalculated in the nutrition section that would help. Like a clean chili with beef and then info if you you veggie crumbles or more beans.

More people are having meat free days.

If you include recipes for a new book it would be great to also include which cooler plan the recipe is good for (actually on the recipe page) . Cooler 1 is the strictest so I want to be sure the recipes are good for when I am following that plan. Obviously they are all fine on Cooler 3...and Cooler 2 isn't as strict either. I know it might not be hard to figure out but extra help is always appreciated!

Gluten free please! It could be an addendum in part of another cook book but more and more I am discovering friends and family members who can't eat gluten and there aren't enough really good books out there that are healthy too!

Eat Clean Entertaining! It should include the same ideas that others posted about holiday recipes, but also incorporate recipes that would be great for any potluck or larger gathering year round. There are so many of us that attend functions where we cart along our coolers and food so we can stay on track, why not bring something for everyone and thereby help others begin CE? You could even go as far as splitting the book into sections by seasons so you can have holiday and everyday recipes together. Menu pairings and theme ideas would be great, too.. How about a Mexican-themed party with a CE taco bar?
Another idea could be a whole book dedicated to nothing but drinks and h'or d'oeuvres! Us health-conscious peeps like to have fun, too, and what a better way to do it than with cocktails and finger food! Eat Clean Bites and Sips, maybe? :)

O and I want to add the traditions that go along with these holidays, like cooking baking with family, etc. Trick or treating for candy etc. Alternatives that are similar to keep these traditions alive and still yummy but healthy!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Holiday cook book idea, that's when things get tough especially around Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Halloween where these holidays are so centered on the basics of sweets and fattening eats!!

I love the Holiday Book idea! As a wife and Mother of 4, working full-time in my career, a book like that with ways we can have fun, yet not feel guilty or fall off the program really would help! Thank you Saraleland for that idea!!! ~MrsAmy

Eat-Clean Holidays- Have a chapter for each holiday with clean recipes... New years appetizers, Valentine treats, Easter brunch, Summer cookout recipes for the 4th, Halloween treats, Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner, Christmas cookies... I would LOVE that!
