Hit the road, Jack! What did you throw out of your cupboard when you started following The Eat-Clean Diet®?

I threw out anything that was processed, white sugar and mayonnaise, cookies (my kids were sad, but they got over it).

Sour cream had to go first, it was a major staple in all of our meals, now we don't even miss it.

All of the enriched white flour pasta... and we had a ton, though we rarely eat pasta in the first place! LOL!

I threw out white flour and white sugar, first. When I'm done being a single parent and college student who is reliant on the food bank to get by, then, I'll get rid of the rest of the crap. I can hardly wait for that day to come.
