The family and I are on day 5 of eating clean. Saturday we are heading to Wholefoods to stock up. Then we have a whole day of lacrosse tournaments and then some family fun. I don't know what we are eating yet. So far I have been carrying my book with me to the grocery. My 4-year-old looked at the pictures and decided she wants everything tomorrow. She is worried her tummy will be full. Gotta love the babies.

Plan on going to an accountability group tomorrow to weigh in and then spend a quiet weekend with my kids. Monday, I made an appointment with a trainer at 8am and am looking forward to a new adventure with that! Planning a menu with Eating-Clean foods for Memorial Day!

Saturday: I have found an organic farmers market and going to check it out tomorrow, Saturday. It's amazing how the lettuce lasts up to 2 weeks vs. a couple days from the grocery store. And the tomatoes... to die for!
