This week, my goal is to make at least 3 new clean recipes for my family. Last night, I made the DELICIOUS stuffed peppers, and everyone loved it! The best part of trying out new clean, healthy recipes, is the moment when I tell them it's so healthy, and they say "no way - it's too good!" LOVE, LOVE, LOVE teaching my family that healthy can be yummy!

Can someone please post the Dover Sole Wrapped Asparagus with Dijon Blanc Sauce recipe?! I left my book at the cottage this weekend and would really like to make this dish tonight.

Thanks!

to not eat anything that I know I shouldn't. It makes my stomach hurt.
It just isn't worth it.
