At first it was to reach my goal weight of 105 but over the years my body has settled between 107 and 110, absolutely refusing to go below 107. I now just focus on how good I feel, and how healthy I am. It's my goal to maintain this healthy lifestyle.

my main goal at the beginning of my Eat-Clean journey over a year and a half ago remains the same: to be the healthiest me i can be. While i knew it would mean loosing weight it was really motivated and susatined by the desire to treat my body with dignity and respect providing it the best chance at optimum health. How this looks has changed along the way. It began with sensoring my foods and beverages and is shifting now to the fitness aspect of it. i love that there is alwayas something new to learn, a new food to try, a new style of fitness, and many wonderful examples and motivated people to share with and learn from along the way. Thanks Tosca for "turning on the light bulb" for me. i found your book at the perfect time in my life and was ready to hear. Lovin the Life!

My goal is to be healthy inside and out. I want to increase my self confidence and do all I can to live a healthier life for my wife and future son. I want to prove I can be dedicated and change my poor eating habits that have made me yo-yo my entire life. I want to feel more energized and productive. I want to feel lighter on my feet and now wince when I look in the mirror...

Like most women, my primary goal was to lose weight and tone up! :-) The more I incorporated Eating Clean into my life, the healthier my entire lifestyle has become. Now my goal is to be the healthiest I can be and to continue being more in tune with what types of food I should be eating and when. Doing so, the rest will all just fall into place. Thanks Tosca for sharing the lifestyle!
