I would love to see a video taking me around the weight room. Just the basics to get someone started. I read plenty of magazines, but when I attempt I always wonder whether my form is o.k.

I know I should hire a personal trainer, but I am somewhat of a intravert and enjoy working by myself.

Thank you..

I would like to see a video of Tosca's "go-to" meals - the ones when time is crunched. Not so much lunches, but dinner meals that she falls back on when time or ingredients are an issue!!! That's when I (we) tend to fall off track. A few suggestions to turn nothing into SOMETHING would be great!!!

I can relate to Debbie R's posting I just found out I am in Menap. & I am only 42 I am in okay shape however now I will definetly become more deligent. I would love for Tosca to do a video & create a special publication for women in their 40s. Address sublements, special work outs to maximize fat loss & weight training that would build healthy bones. A how to guide of how to age as strong & beautiful as she is.

I'm 49 years old, and I have been eating clean for almost two months! Wow, I feel healthy and fabulous with just one teeny, tiny problem :/ I began having hot flashes last week, and I skipped my last "monthly". I also feel that I'm retaining more fluids than normal. Help Tosca! Do you have any clean suggestions to minimize the peri-menopause symptoms?

I have just recently had to give up wheat/gluten and dairy after some allergy testing. I would love to hear about healthy substations for both. Dairy has been the hardest so far ( or let me say cheese ). Any other options that are not soy?

Thanks!
