I want to start to feel bette. My goal for November is to stick to the clean eating lifestyle and to start making my health a priority by choosing foods that are good for me :o) And if I lose a little weight; well that'll be a bonus.

Well Of coarse the family gathering are about to begin and I really want to impress them sense I haven't seen them in so long. So my goal for November is to lose 5lb(trying to be realistic). I also want to stick to my workout regimen, at the moment I am doing Chalean Extreme, I am a month into it and am feeling very strong, I just need to clean up my diet. So that's something else I really want to focus on eating better.

My goal is to cut out all diet cola, maintain my target calorie intake of 1800 calories and make sure I eat completely clean. I still am unsure of what I can and can't eat but I will figure it out today. My weight goal is to lose five healthy pounds.

My goals for this month are: 1. Plan my clean meals and shop for them every Sunday. 2. Find some "to go" healthy, clean snack for the whole family. 3. Cut back on the T.V. for the whole family and get outside more. 4. Hit the gym 3 times a week or add an activity outside with the family. This is more of a short term goal I really want to hit the gym 5 times a week or at least put in 30 minutes of physical activity 5x's a week but for now I'm starting at 3. 5. Make sure the family takes their vitamins after dinner.

My goal in November, as I commit myself to clean eating, is to stock my pantry and fridge with healthy, clean snacks and meals for my family. I want to come up with some creative ways to get my kids to eat veggies, and establish some favorite and easy "go to" clean recipes. I also hope the added vitamins nutrients will put a little pep in my step this month. This way I can hit the gym 4 days a week, and enjoy some brisk autumn walks with the kiddos.

To get back to my goal weight of 120. I'm not going to weigh myself until I think I am there. I can do it safely in a month, if I stick to the plan. My yearly physical is coming up and I want to have a good report. High cholesterol has plagued me off and on and as long as I am exercising and eating wisely, it stays in check. I will not go on statin drugs, way too many side effects. My biggest challenge will be to make the time to exercise, plan meals and make sure I have ingredients on hand, but will give it my best shot.
