I completely ate wrong tonight. I hope it does not affect my weight tomorrow, but no biggy, I will continue my journey tomorrow. I have been very good for 2 and half weeks, I am sure that one evening of pizza and icecream is not going to kill me. Might slow me down by a couple of days, but its all good! :) Have a great week everyone!!!

I am not watching the World Cup Final, but if I were to, the following treats are my favorites:

Greek Non Fat Yogurt with Blackberries (one of the fruits with the lowest sugar content)

Fat Free Cottage Cheese with Peaches (they're in season right now)

Apples dip in Vanilla Yogurt

Homemade trail mix with almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins, dried cranberries and granola mix

An assorted of peppers (red, green, yellow, orange) dipped in humus
