I like Bobs "darn good hot cereal" it is a mix of grains with the consistency of grits. I mix it right in with my rolled or steel cut oats and cook them together, it just changes up the oat consistency to more dense and chewy.

I am a fan of steel-cut organic oats! I add fresh berries,kefir,flax seed fresh ground, bee pollen and wheat germ!! It is a power breakfast!

Oatmeal definitely. I like it with a dash of cinnamon and a tablespoon each of dried cranberries, flax, and wheat germ.

Nature's Path Organic cereals are pretty good, though sweetened with cane juice. I will eat these occasionally.
