Love, love, love sliced apple and natural peanut butter. Taste like candied apple without the guilt.

At breakfast I soak one quarter of a cup of traditional oats with 1 x teaspoon of pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. I sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top. If I am being "naughty" I also add 1 x teaspoon rice syrup. It's the perfect pick me up after a busy day & before I hit the weights room.

Post workout shake consisting of : hemp protein powder, small banana, natural peanut butter and a cup of fat free milk...thinking of switching to soy millk but not sure...I hear many contradicting statements about soy milk. Any advice will be appreciated. Anyway, this smoothie always picks me right up after an intense workout!

I always grab one of my homemade protein bars or snacks that are packed with clean ingredients, protein and fiber! If I don't have anything homemade on hand I grab a Siggi's greek yogurt and a handful of raw almonds! The perfect combination of protein, fat and carbs!
