I am most proud this week that I signed up for my very first half Marathon! Before ecd I never would have ran one mile but it embarked me on a wonderful fitness journey! Ready to rock these 13 miles!

I'm most proud of my commitment to stick with this way of eating now that the newness has worn off and I've had some challenges which have made it more difficult. I'm so thrilled to have found this way of eating.

I have been really focused when it comes to my workouts! I get up every morning 5:30, workout and it gives me so much energy. Also I have been trying new workouts and I am seeing that I can do certain things that I never thought my body could do! It's great!

I'm doing a 90 day fitness challenge at my gym and had a weigh in/measurement check in last night. Thanks to help from a nutritionist and clean eating, I've lost 6 overall inches and 5% body fat in 6 weeks. Yay!

This week I am most proud of my Tuesday doctor visit. I successfully removed 15 pounds so far and lowered my A1C from 7.3 to 6.7. My doctor said I was an entirely different person. Thank you Tosca and thank you me:)

I stayed on track despite having a horribly stressful week. I was this close to the ice cream container last night... :(

I have been eating clean for a month now and yesterday I got weighed and measured at the gym and I am happy to say I have lost 8 1/4 inches. I did not lose any weight this time but hopefully I will next month. My sister also lost over 4 inches and lost 7 lbs. We are so excited!

I planned ahead this week. I made a menu and a grocery list. I stuck to it and that is an amazing feat for me.
