I love the one suggested in your book: oatmeal, applesauce, soymilk, flax seed, wheat germ, almond butter, a frozen banana, and vanilla protein powder. It's great!

1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup coconut water
1 scoop Bluebonnet vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup tropical frozen fruit
Lots of crushed ice

Blend in blender. It tastes like a tropical orange julius and is the perfect post workout shake.

8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Lean Dessert Chocolate Fudge Pudding protein powder
1/2 frozen banana
4 frozen strawberries

Tastes almost like a banana split milk shake! Yummy................

Soy milk and/or Fat Free Greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, Spinach, Flaxseed ,ice.
Sometimes I will put in Vanilla Protien powder, or mix up the berries.
So yummy!!

Fat free plain greek yogurt 6 oz, 2 tbsp ground flax seed, 1scoop vanilla protein powder, good handful of frozen raspberries (I grow my own!), 1/2 cup Bolthouse Farms c-boost smoothie --super yummy!

2 scoops of Arbonne's Vanilla Protein Powder (Vegan, gluten-free, 20 grams of pea protein, naturally sweetened with Stevia), 1 Scoop of fibre-booster, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, water, ice, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice! Yummy and filling!!!

I have one almost every day and what i use is Chocolate Shakeology, natural peanut butter and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Soo good and my healthiest meal of the day.

Banana, strawberries, milk or yogurt and chocolate protein powder (Brad King brand - great stuff). Water tops up the mix in the magic bullet. This is my favourite post-spin class snack!
