I am a busy working single mom who has let her health get sacrificed in the way of cenveince. The worst part is now my toddler is preferring the convenience foods too. I need some quick foods that a two year old will eat.

I've just started eating clean and live in a community that isn't very much on the bandwagon of healthy eating and so some things are tough to find. I'd like to make my own hummus and would like to know suggestions for where to find Tahini in the supermarket or do I have to go to a health food store? Also, is it okay to substitute whole wheat tortilla shells for Ezekiel wraps?

I love the Eat Clean way of life, and I have gotten my kids and husband on the same path of eating clean. I do have day's where it is hard and I do struggle a little. For the most part however I do pretty well, but why are those last 10-15 lbs the hardest to lose? Any helpful tips you can give as far as how to fine tune the diet and the best workout plan would be nice. I have been struggling with these last few pounds for a year now and I am getting frustrated. I am sure I am not the only one to struggle with this. Also, if there is any way you could maybe come out with a cook book entirely of clean slow cooker meals that would be fantastic! I love my crockpot but haven't used it in a very long time because I don't know how to make clean meals with it. Thanks for all you do, you are an inspiration to us all!

Portion size and snacks.

More Sample Meal Plans

Info on veggie burgers and other non meat protein substitutes

I have the book and i feel like I am off on my portion sizes. I just started this past weekend but I am feeling a bit bloated. I will post one of my meal plans but I think I am eating too amny carbs and not enough fiber and protein.

I like veggie burgers and veggie crumbles and similar items buit I am not sure they are okay for the eat clean lifestyle. There was no mention in the book.

I am so excited. I will be 40 in October and think I can also be fab and fit!

I love Tosca's concepts, I've bought the book and I've been reading, but feel a bit like it's all or nothing. I feel guilty as I start to incorporate her ideas in my life, as if I can't get excited about the Eat-clean way of life because I'm not 100% there. She is such an inspiration, so it's be great to hear something for those of us using her ideas, but were're not there 100% :-) Thanks so mch for being an inspiration and speaking out---I love it when you talk about children and the crap(pardon my word) that's called food that's geared towards them and us!

honestly? i'd love information about menopause and weight gain. As I just turned 50 this past June and wouldn't you know it, I think that dreaded "M" has found me. i feel blessed that I was able to lose 40 pounds since 2007 so I know I have an upper hand on this. But what can we do to keep it away, or at least at bay for a few more years? Thanks Tosca!

I'd like to hear more about losing that last 10lbs. It's been a struggle with me and I'd love to hear Tosca speak on it.

Thanks!
Leisa.

I would love to see more nutritional statistics on the recipes. One I often struggle with is serving size : 1 cup cooked or dried? When it calls for 6 servings, how much is in a serving?

Thank you,
