Hi Tosca!! I just recently joined the community here, but have been on the eat clean plan for a few weeks now! So I have a question...I have had Type 1 Diabetes since I was 12 and everytime I go on a diet I feel it is really hard for me to lose weight because my bloodsugar always drops low and I have to eat extra or drink a ton of orange juice!! I didn't know if you had any suggestions on what will help stabilize my sugar or what I should do in general to help keep my bloodsugar from staying low! Any suggestion would be helpful!! Really want to drop thirty pounds before summer!!! Thanks!!

Hi Tosca! Well my question is probably the odd one out of the bunch... I'm actually trying to gain weight as I'm recovery from an eating disorder. Just wondering if more energy dense foods, such as chicken thighs (without skin), are considered clean?

I have just purchased your book and plan on starting to eat clean for many reason, to lose weight and to feel better health wise. I am the type of persone who has to have it all planned out with lists to menu plan. Can you tell me where I can find such a list of proteins, complex carbs, etc.

My boyfriend is quite healthy and is very supportive during this journey I am on but how do you explain to family (his) when you are visting them that you can't eat much of what they have prepared without hurting their feelings?? I don't want to be rude (we are both polish, so EVERYTHING is centered around food, mainly dough (perogies.etc.))

I have been sticking with the plan and eating clean as best I can but still have not seen the numbers on the scale. My clothes however are fitting much better but would be nice to see the scale numbers go down. This is week 3 with eating clean and working out 4 times a week with Friday and Sat. off from the gym. Do you have any suggestions? I am also very tired through out the day this past week. Should I eat something specific that will help with my energy level. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Bergie
