Clean and super warm turkey chilli over a sweet potatoe! The sweet potatoe feels like you are cheating with sweet cornbread!Yum yum

Rib sticking oatmeal all the way. Nothing better to warm you up and get your metabolism firing! I top mine with cinnamon, ground flaxseed, raisins, and a little maple syrup. Yum :)

clean beef stew, turkey chili and soup for lunches and dinners. And of course oatmeal for breakfast mixed with a scoop of chocolate whey protein, flaxseed, and a T of natural peanutbutter. Yummy, clean comfort food!

I can't get moving without my breakfast of oatmeal, flax, wheatgerm and berries in a bowl - yumm!! Even my 18mth old has to share mine (after she'd had her own breakfast I might add!!) Along with my protein shake it's my staple meal EVERY day!

Anything soup/stew!!! I have an asian noodle bowl with chicken that is great!!! Hot, comforting...EASY and CLEAN. What more could you want?

It's all about the oatmeal in the winter for me. Steelcut with pumpkin, walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon. no better way to start the day.

Thai Chili ( recipe in Jan 2011 Clean Eating Magazine ) with Tosca's Super Simple Corn Muffins ( Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Cookbook ). Sometimes put a Tbsp of slightly-sweetened-with-honey homemade yogurt cheese on top with a tsp of toasted unsweetend coconut. Yum!

soup... Made soup twice this week.. yesterday was chicken and butternut squash soup.. So easy to make healthy comfort foods with minimal ingredients!

Soup, soup and more soup. I love soup this time of the year. I don't have a favorite because it would be so hard to just pick one.
