Tomorrow my husband and I are starting Tosca's detox/cleansing diet. I am looking forward to rid of toxins in my system. Although I am doing this more to support my husband. He has quite a bit of adipose tissue in the abdomen. I want him to continue eating clean because the last month he gained 10lbs. I worry about his health and want him to be around for our 3 boys. He has a hard time grasping eating clean, he loves his carbs and fats, and sweets. Sometimes I give up on him when he eats unhealthy foods, I get really fustrated; but the boys and I keep giving him the support he needs. In the end it is up to him to make that change. Even though he knows its bad, he says he wants to lose the weight, he complains about chest pains going for a walk I turn to him and say "Well do something about it" What do you do? My boys and I love him with all our hearts and afraid that one morning he won't wake up. So I will continue to motivate him, see how he does with this challange.
