My wish list is for good health for my family and myself and the ability to overcome obsticles that are keeping me from succeeding in my weight-loss, new lifestyle journey.
And if my husband sees this...maybe a little free time to get to the gym! lol
Happy Holidays Everyone! <3

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I've recently bought the Eat Clean Diet for Men and there's a problem with the quantities in the oatmeal peanut butter recipe. The imperial and metric amounts in the dry ingredients don't match. Example: 1 cups/480ml flour. 1 cup is only 240ml, the rolled oats isn't right either. If anyone has actually made this recipe can you tell me which one is correct?

My wish is for great health and happiness for me and my family. To reach my short term goal weight by Christmas which is 5 lbs. and my long term goal weight by Spring. I have already lost 35 lbs since March of 2009, so I am hoping for another 20. Happy Holidays!

All I want is for my family to be healthy and for the kids to have fun. Its a very sparse Christmas this year and right now all I can give them is me. :)

This sounds mad but self control ! after the happiness and health for the family and friends. I would like the strength to have self control and just stop the little treats of mainly sugar !!! and reap the benefits of my otherwise healthy lifestyle which includes regular gym workouts and healthy diet. Please Christmas fairy

This may sound funny, but here goes. I wish to have all the wonderful feelings and excitement about the holidays WITHOUT the overindulgence of candy, cookies, egg nog, ect. I know it shouldn't be about the food but I have never had a christmas that I didn't bake like a crazy lady giving away goodies all the while eating my share too. All that sugar brings about a certain amount of excitement and so, I'm hoping I can focus on healthy and clean foods, and still have that fun holiday feeling. I am believing that Christmas will still come...plus it's my birthday:) I know that will come!!!

My wish list this year is the same as my goal list....So, basically my wish list can only be fulfilled by ME! Today is the very first day of my journey on Eat Clean... In a nutshell...my wish list is a list of one wish.

I wish to succeed with the new lifestyle I am undertaking!

That everyone in my house is satisfied and content with what they have. A very tasty turkey would also be fantastic!
