No I did not. There should be no excuses. I started some time ago and lost 15 lbs., then lost focus and got distracted. Preparing to submit and take photos to do join the contest. When I Eat-Clean I feel so much better, lighter and get more creative with my food intake.

I didn't reach my goals :( I was hoping to eat clean full time and stay committed to my gym workouts. Today is a new day, tomorrow a new month, and just submitted my pics for transformation contest. I am a little overwhelmed, but am planning on taking it a day at a time. Any suggestions are welcomed...

I think I did. My goal was to get throught August while working on this new way of eating and still be active in my life. I take my measurements this evening. I think I maintained and maybe lost a bit. August is full of junk food and I was brought in apples all month.

Yes! At the beginning of August, I had only one goal - to get back on track.
After eating crap for four months and not setting foot in the gym, yesterday - August 30, 2010, I cleaned out my cupboards, went to the gym and ate relatively healthy. I had a set back before bed and noshed on a bunch of sour dinosaurs that I forgot to throw out. Day 2 is going to be much better with the last of the gummies in the garbage.
We all have to start somewhere!

Yes. I made a commitment to myself to get back on track by writing down everything that goes into my mouth last month and I did. It made me realize that I was eating a lot of wasted calories.
