Eating every 3 hours, eating more protein servings and getting in good fats. It really helps to keep me from getting ravenous and craving unhealthy junk and sugar. Was not good about getting protein and good fats in in my "past life" and you really don't believe how much better you feel and how much more you can actually eat and still stay slender and fit... till you've tried Eating Clean!
I am a believer...

As silly as it sounds, just the general advice on setting up your daily cooler of clean eats has been a lifesaver, a total "duh" moment for me, true, but sometimes, the duh moments are the real game-changers.

I also like the kitchen creativity she inspires as there are some foods I don't want to give up (like hot wings... I know, I know...) And I get to play around with making clean versions of treats so I can "cheat" in good faith and with far less damage.

Thank you! Stay blessed!

I enjoyed Tosca's Eat-Clean Diet book. I learned to shop on the outside isles, buy a Lunch container, and may sure to plan my meals ahead of time. This information has been a lifesaver to me. Thanks Tosca!

I love how she explained how bad sugar is for you, the way she states the facts it really makes you realize just how important your health is and that sugar should have no place in your diet!

That it's up to me. It's in my control. If 80% of how I look is my diet, 10% is exercise... then 90% of my body is under my control. That's huge! I have 100% control over what goes in my mouth. Tosca's books helped me realize that.
