The who would definitely be Tosca and the what would be to see if I could do it. I've come so far since I started the diet/life change back in January. I get asked a lot now if I'm a body builder so I've been thinking of doing a competition. Something that I would really love to tackle first is a tough mudder.

First, my family, to be a role model and show them what hard work and motivation can do. When my children were teens they could/would not get a jonb saying there aren't any. I went out and had three jobs lined up in one day and started working the next. Within a week they all had jobs. So, now I want them to be healthy and must set a good example for them and my Grandchildren. Secondly for me, I am the only one who can set goals for my self and maintain or sabatouge them. I want to be healthy and fit and am tired of not being in family pictures because I despise seeing all the weight I carry around and am making those changes so my family has memories and pictures of me. Also family history of diabetes and heart disease as well as asthma. Tosca, you are an inspiration to many of us and Thank you! I just turned 52 and you helped me to focus on the fact that I can achieve what I set out to.

Without a doubt first and foremost: Tosca Reno!! Without her I would not be a survivor of mutiple addictions! I will always see her as my hero!! Next would be Robert Kennedy! Just as much a hero as his wife!! It is him who gives me the courage with my workouts!! He also plays a major role in continuing to fight one of my addictions even more than ever today: not smoking!! If I even think about it I see his face in my mind and remind myself of the battle he lost because of someone else's wrong choice!! And my beautiful daughter who is a constant reminder for me to lead by example! The glowing and adoring smile I get from her is enough to keep moving miles and mountains for a lifetime!!!! Just like Tosca Reno and Robert Kennedy I plan on saving some lives and moving the world with much inspiration thanks to my hero's and role models!!!

I decided to set out on the road to my first fitness/figure competition back in April of this year. I am now t-minus 8 months out from it and can't wait!!

I would have to say that Jamie Eason and Tosca Reno were HUGE motivators in this process as well as a local fitness competitor (Shasta McNamara) who was a mother of 2 and a weight loss sucess story.

Now that I am on that same journey, I find that "I" am my biggest inspiration! Everytime I look in the mirror, set foot in the gym, eating something healthy or recieve a compliment from friend, family or stranger it makes me stronger and more dedicated to the process.

The road to a competition is a tuff one...and ANYONE that is on that road should be very proud of themselves and know that they too are an inspiration to others...xxoo

The desire to be healthy is my inspiration! I want to have more energy, feel great, and hopefully look a little younger too.

My inspiration would be myself. My goal is to step on stage one day, and I've already met "haters" who don't know what I'm capable of. The more I learn about figure competitions the more I want it. To find that brand of internal strength, to eat clean to the "Max" have a full time job and the focus to train your body into peak form. That is a woman who is a force of nature, thats the woman I'm determined to turn myself into. : )

My inspiration is Chelle Stafford!!! She has come a long way in her quest to be fit and healthy!!! She has worked hard, had an amazing family to back her up, and the support of all her fans on her blog. She is a fun, no nonsense, kind of lady and I love her!!

I am currently trying to lose weight. I am down 33 pounds with a few to go. I would love to do a contest one day!! It is a fantasy of mine!! lol. I have a LONG way to go to ever look THAT good!! But, seriously, it would be an unbelievable experience for me : )

I would love to compete one day. I would be my own motivation and inspiration. To be able to mentally and physically prepare myself to walk across the stage would be such an accomplishment! To surpass the mental challenge in itself is full of inspiration! :-) It's a challenge and a competition against myself, to be the best that I can be, xoxo

Of course I have role models and people I look up to but first and foremost I aspire to be the best that I can personally be with the hopes to inspire others to find that within themselves.

I would love to compete and have somewhere to showcase all my hard work in the gym and the kitchen! Competing does mean sacrifice but it also means being the best you can be ! it would be such a great feeling to simply compete - and feel confident on stage!
