My Sunday Food Prep keeps it all in line. Example... tonight I just don't feel like putting together a meal... oh wait! I don't have to! The clean meatloaf and smashed potatoes for my family's dinner is all ready to go! hehehe! Being prepared keeps me on track, no matter if I'm tired or busy or had an unexpected crisis. The clean eats are there waiting for us. I love that! (and Pizza Hut misses us!)

Sometimes It might be hard but if I am feeling really stressed out I make sure to make myself big cup of tea and relax it recharges my batteries and I am good to continue.

Eating clean is the best when I'm tired, because I do so much prep and cooking at the beginning of the week that everything is very simple and easy to deal with when I'm tired. :)
