Step it up! How will you make the most of your workouts next month?

Starting August 1, I will be taking part in a "Do It Challenge!" What will I do? Commit to going to kickboxing 3 days a wk and weight training twice a wk! I am also commiting to no fired foods, limiting my sugar intake to no more than 50g a day, and to getting atleast 7.5 hrs of sleep a night.
