Today I am cleaning my pantry and refrigerator because I will EAT CLEAN this week. I just got Tosca's book and I am very excited and ready for all the good things to happen. I am happy. Nothing seems to bother me now. I have hope and faith in me again :)

Stay consistant with my clean eating. Get into the gym more this week before the New Years rush. Most of all I would like to get my house back in order. Right in the middle of a remodel and I'm feeling displaced.

In JULY i blew out my back. I kept up the best I could, but then the pain really hit in SEPTEMBER> I have gained weight, and am feeling very down in the dumps.
I have kept up eating clean ( just more of it) and have gotten to the gym as best I could. I will stop feeling bad this week, I will get my arse in gear and stop complaining about the things I cannot any longer do, and do the things that I can to compensate...The things that are iffy, I will do with modifications....
I am done feeling bad about myself, and ready to move on!

Damage control. We have so much food from Christmas and no food budget to buy any more healthy food until 1/1/11. I am going to make the healthiest choices I can from the food that we have so we can empty the fridge and start fresh for the new year.

To go back to the basics of Clean Eating. I need to detox from all of the toxic food I've eaten in the past 2 weeks. Starting today I have my meal plans made up for a month, and I'm spending this snowy NY day prepping meals for the up coming week.
