Apple Crumble Muffins

Ingredients

Instructions

Fit Ingredients

3/4 c (84g) almond flour
1 tsp (5g) psyllium husk (or flax)
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbs dry sweetener of choice (I used baking stevia)
1 tsp apple pie spice

2 large eggs
1/2 c (113g) apple sauce
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 c (28g) Paleonola Apple Pie Granola *

*or granola of choice

Directions

1. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix together all ingredients except for your granola.

3. Evenly divide batter between 6 lined muffin cups.

4. Sprinkle granola on top.

5. Bake for ~ 22-25 minutes.
