I love eggs cooked over-easy. But they get so...well... so boring sometimes. I decided to take one of my favorite, simple breakfast foods and put a little krazy twist on the flavor! I wanted a bolder tasting egg, yet with no added salt. So, here's what I came up with by using my favorite spices and herbs!

Olive oil, minced garlic and spinach- it's so easy to eat more of this superfood.

Cleaned up version of an old favorite! :) My family loves them, and I always make a double batch, so I can freeze the extras for the kids to pop in the toaster and warm up for breakfast later in the week! :)

I <3 Granola! I have tried several recipes and haven't been happy until I found this. I modified it a bit to accommodate what was in my kitchen. The possibilities are endless with the combos you can create. I think next time I am going to make a choco-coconut version. ENJOY!
