Turkey, Cranberry & Goat Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

Instructions

Fit Ingredients

1 tortilla (I used Trader Joe’s Brown Rice Tortilla)
1 oz goat cheese
2 oz no salt turkey breast (I used Boars Head brand)
1/2 c (65g) fresh or frozen cranberries
Braggs 21 Herb Seasoning, to taste

Directions

1. Spread your goat cheese over half of your tortilla.

2. Sprinkle with seasoning.

3. Lay your turkey on top of goat cheese.

4. Top with cranberries.

5. Fold your tortilla in half.

6. Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat.

7. Place your tortilla in the pan and cook until golden and cheese begins to melt.

8. Flip and cook until golden.

9. Slice and eat!

Nutrition: (for 1 quesadilla based on brands I used) Calories: 295, Protein: 22g, Carbs: 32g, Fat: 9.5g (4g Saturated), Sodium: 285mg, Fiber: 5g, Sugar: 2g, Net Carbs: 27g
