These use absolutely no animal products at all! They are moist, full of flavor & even my Italian Husband was impressed with this meatless meatball!
1/2 loaf of stale sesame seed bread, tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp basil, 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk *may need more depending on amount of bread. Process all in food processor until soft and blended. Usually just 2 minutes. Then form your balls, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray. Cook for approx. 12 minutes or until light brown. They will be moist & delicious! Picture to come ;)
