This really is very versatile - you can also make simple dips or creamy cheeses by adding herbs (chive, dill) and garlic etc. Great idea to try :)

Can I make yogurt cheese using a mesh filter and coffee liners, instead of cheese cloth? Suggestions?

Just to let you know, MommyParker, I asked Tosca that same question. She indicated that it would be better to use the 0% plain yogurt and strain it.
