you make the yogurt cheese get a cheese cloth or you can buy a yogurt cheese maker(it is a strainer and you put it in the container and it has a lid get cheese cloth put that in the stainer and then put the strainer over a bowl to collect the liquid that comes out of the yogurt, and leave it, the longer you leave it the better, more liquid comes out. I have a yogurt cheese maker and I LOVE IT.. makes it easier to keep in the fridge.

What can I use instead of the brown rice wrap, none of the stores around me carry this. Any other kind of wraps I can use that would still be healthy

Christine, you can use any whole grain (& clean) wrap or tortilla. Do you have Ezekiel products in stores near you? They have a Sprouted Grain tortilla, and Prophet pockets (which are pita bread). Also you can just go to your local HFS (Health Food Store) and see what they carry. Read the ingredients, and if it's clean, it'll work!! Hope this helps!!

Almond milk would change the taste of the egg... probably rice, coconut, or soy would work better?????

Ok if you don't have a yogurt cheese maker, then how do you make it? It the yogurt become cheese just from draining the liquid? Is there a recipe online somewhere to tell you how to make it?
