I was wondering what i should have for dinner tonight, and low and behold! I got an email from eatcleandiet, and saw this tilapia dish! Thank you for a great dinner idea! BTW, i will be changing the dish up slightly because i do not have ginger, or the dried mustard... but i am sure that it will be very delicious! =]

I just made this tonight and it was delicious! I used Dover Sole instead of Tilapia and had it with broccoli rabe. Thanks for the great ideas!

Update: I made this tonight for my husband and I, and it was delicious! Also, had a piece of fish leftover and gave some to my sister and enjoyed it very much! Once again, thanks for a great recipe!

Rather than "Keep it Tight Tialpia," I made, "Keep it Cut Cod!" Quick, easy and absolutely delicious! This one is a keeper :)

I made this fish recipe tonight for dinner. The tilapia was delicious. What surprised me the most was how much my husband raved about it. He loved it! He even went for seconds. To accompany the tilapia, I made organic whole wheat couscous and wash shocked when my hubby gobbled it up. To think that it's clean too. Thanks Tosca!

I made this recipe for my family and it wasn't a hit. I felt the spices didn't go well together, but everyone has their own tastes.

Amazingly flavorful, extremely simple and FAST!! This is an excellent week night dinner. My two kids thought it was to spicy so I will put less of the seasoning on theirs but My husband, my father and I all loved it!!

  • From: zandersmom28 about 2 years ago

best talapia i've ever had:) love it.
  • From: suzbowbooks about 2 years ago

I make the seasoning in "bulk" to last the week and use it for fish or chicken, you can either let it sit out for a little bit to get soft from the fridge or pre-season your protein so it's ready to go when you are! I add capers and lemon for a little more freshness once it's cooked.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was totally awesome... so good my husband had seconds ...its okay though because it is good for him lol
  • From: Vienna700 about 2 years ago

This was delicious. I used something other than Talapia recommended by the seafood guy. This would be great on any kind of fish and I am willing to try it on chicken too. Family loved it served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Also, I will now use my parchment paper for something other than baking cookies. Super easy cleanup. It will be on next weeks menu with whatever fish is on sale.

Saw this on Pinterest and tried it for dinner. It was so good. My husband and kids (12 and 4) loved it. I did add a pinch of Kosher salt on each filet, but other than that, great recipe! Thanks!

I just LOVE this tilapia!!!! Been making this since eating clean 2 1/2 years ago! Made it again tonight...and served over a bed of greens with juice of 1/2 a lemon. To die for!!!! No need to add salt with these amazing spices!!!! I also sprinkle red pepper flakes over the dinner just prior to serving. I've also served this over fresh or wilted spinach, or with steamed broccol, or grilled asparagus too! Simply amazing!!!!

  • From: applenooker about 1 year ago

Pretty good, the flavor wasn't too spicy but was enough to give the fish a little "zazoom" thanks :o)

Delicous!Lots of flavor. Nothing bland here! Family loved it.
  • From: bigmama about 1 year ago

I too made it with flounder. I did not have parchment paper and have never cooked with it, so I don't know what it does. I found the flavor good, but I may tweak it a little. The only issue that I had is that I like my fish firmer and it was very wet and falling apart. I did not add the leftover dressing on top before cooking or it would have been goo. I don't know if the parchment would have made a difference.

I found this recipe over the summer and it was my first ECD recipe I ever tried. needless to say, it was really good and every time I think of cooking fish for dinner, this is the recipe I go to first! Thanks Tosca :)

I've made this several times, I used fresh and frozen tilapia but fresh is best!
  • From: [email protected] about 8 months ago

This was so easy and delicious!
  • From: WendySu about 7 months ago

Loved this recipe, my tilapia was kindof thin so less of the sauce would have been better, the recipe just as it is written would be best on thicker pieces of fish. That being said the flavor was awesome and it was very easy to throw together.
  • From: aprilbaby81 about 6 months ago

Does anyone know if i can buy never been frozen tilapia, and make this and freeze it before its cooked? Individually. im the only one in my house that eats fish.
  • From: cspbug about 5 months ago

This is one of the easiest Tilapia Recipes I have tried. The flavor is superb, and very moist. We have fish a couple of times a week and this is always on the request list.
