• 1 cup / 240 ml quinoa, rinsed and drained • 4 or 5 dates, chopped • 2 cups / 480 ml no-sugar-added grape juice • ½ cup / 120 ml raisins

Add more flavor to this dish by adding your own fruit toppings. I like to top mine with slices of frozen banana!
