Who doesn’t love a little kiss? These kisses from The Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian Cookbook are the perfect snack to go. Plus, they’re super cute!
Ingredients
• ½ cup / 120 ml old-fashioned rolled oats • ¼ cup / 60 ml vegan unsweetened protein powder, as natural as possible • 2 Tbsp / 30 ml hulled hemp seeds • 2 Tbsp / 30 ml flaxseed, cracked • ¼ cup / 60 ml unsweetened dried cranberries • ¼ cup / 60 ml vegan semisweet natural chocolate chips • Pinch sea salt • 1 cup / 240 ml all-natural peanut butter, sugar and salt free • 2 Tbsp / 30 ml brown-rice syrup, yacon syrup or pure honey
Preparation
Tosca's Tip
Going nut free or sending these to school with the kiddos? Replace the peanut butter with pea butter, sunflower seed butter or any other school-safe nut butter. These little kisses can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks, or in the freezer for up to one month.

I added a 2 TBS of coconut oil and instead of chocolate chips(I didn't have any on hand) I melted 2 blocks of unsweetened chocolate baking squares and mixed with honey and peanut butter... These are so delicious!!! Will work perfect for that sweet craving that comes oh so often..

These look great but with the peanut butter, would never be allowed in my kids' schools or my gym's childminding centre. Would sunflower seed butter, pumpkin butter or not-butter be an acceptable substitute? Has anyone tried this with a peanut-free alternative?

Any suggestions for an alternative to rolled oats? I have a gluten intolerance and so can't have oats, but these look soooo good. Peanut butter is one of my favourite foods!

I'm going to try these with almond butter and quinoa flakes for peanut free and gluten free.

these look great< unfortunately we cant send anything with peanuts to any schools in our area anymore. Peanut allergies are so prevalent.

Hah I put in PB2 and almond milk because I don't like the peanut butter we have but I reversed the ratio so I have very gooey peanut buttery slime. Maybe I will double every thing else and pour in the rest of the PB2 and see what happens. (obviously I am also using real chocolate chips LOL)
