I'd have to go with oatmeal. I add my flax and wheat germ and go from there. I love how much you can change it up and still stay clean. It is great any time of the day. This is coming from a girl who one year ago hated oatmeal!

I love my morning oatmeal! I add bee pollen, ground flax, cinnamon and a scoop of cinnamon bun protein powder! It is sooooo good, I eat it every single morning, and if I am craving something sweet I will eat that and it works!

I love the clean spaghetti and meatballs I make. The kids request it frequently. It is bursting with delicious veggies - I puree carrots, zucchini, and peppers and fill the sauce with that, onions and mushrooms. The meatballs are ground turkey and spinach, and we have it over whole wheat pasta. It is full of so many good things and tastes so fresh and delicious! Mmmmmm.
